A mid 09 rare/very rare ranging from May to August is worth between 30 and 35C$ (the VR rat) + An early 2010 rare/very rare ranging from January to April is worth around 25C$ (rare rat) = ~55 C$ to ~60 C$

I would say fair C$ wise

Alright my C$ is a bit iffy with the malks but:
Black Cat - Store Item - 5 C$ Value
Two Recent Event Items (One Free, One Token) - 1-2C$ depending on how much you want them
2012 Uncommon Lion- Advent - 1 C$
2 Unknown - Malks- 2 C$ Given the large demand they have at the moment.
5+2+1+2=10 C$ at most, you're overpaying.
