The "Is This a Fair Trade?" Thread

Hey how is everyone tonight? Wondering if I can get an opinion on the fairness of this little trade my brain is a bit foggy on item-to-pet trades, and I'd love some feedback. If possible, I'd love to know what items to remove (or add) to balance this out. Thanks so much!

Unfair to you, I would total those items to a early-mid 10 rare, and that would mostly be because of the store items. I could have missed one though so I think a second opinion would be needed.

Is this fair? They told me it was fair becasue this rat isnt worth a very rare at all when it is a store pet! But i would like to see who is right.
