Don't think so. A 2008 uncommon is worth at least a rare or very rare.

No it's not.
As well it's worth a mid 09 uncommon.
Two-three 2010 uncommons would be fine

Looks quite unfair to the Tess horses (without demand).
You need 3 early / 4 mid '09 rares to get access to the last tier of the advent list (Scarf Dog Tier) = an early '09 / '08 non-list VR.
The Purple/Pink White String Tess is on the tier above where you would need to add one another rare to get in.
To get the Kiss PPS from the Purple / White String you need to add three '09 Rares.

So without including the bad demand of Tess horses it is quite unfair.
Within the bad demand is looks quite fair to the Tess Horses.
The Kiss PPS has way better chances to be traded off.

I have to disagree. Due to the three month rule, the two rares would not be enough. I'm not completely sure if the other pets and items are enough to patch up the gap or are a little too much to patch up the gap though. c;
