Is this trade fair? last time I checked I believe I saw the good pps dog on the rares list, but i'm no longer sure, thank you in advance!

Generally 2013 rares are worth a 2011 uncommon or so.
People are offering them because so many people have overpaid for them and they expect to get that now that he event is over

Those items and 2013 pets aren't needed. And those rares would still be overpay technically
And the good pps isn't on the list, only it's litter mate, the evil pps ^^
