Someone told me they added up to a Top tier advent pet but i want to make sure. what so they add up to? I dont want to get scammed (or scam others) if this person was wrong

I use C$ dollars to add this all up. They would be worth about 250 C$ combined which would be a cake dog to a floppy eared September. So that would be a ways more then a top advent worth about 90 C$
