Why is it so impossible to get a raven dog? I'm offering a pet 2 tiers above it, plus an extra 09 rare and NOBODY will trade!

Today was a, "Read my group names and/or rules and try again." Kind of day.
The worst part is, the second person wasn't COPPA, and they had no message. Nice. I have a codeword. Try reading my rules.

I feel like every time I'm overpaying people are like "Yes. Looks fine to me." and when I offer an uncommon 2011 for an 2013 rare it gets cancelled without a message.
I only pick doubles if they don't have trade groups, only offer them wishlist pets and try to make the trades as fair as possible.
I would appreciate a "No thank you. "

When I first sent it, they weren't online, and I totally get that, but now they are and seem to be ignoring it! I mean, I get it if you don't want to trade your lion, but do you mind saying that? Nothing annoys me more than users who let trades rot >_>

I know I might be over exaggerating but I sent this gift with a 2010 rare horse, thinking I'd make this person so happy! Their response, " Thanks!" Ok, honestly I was expecting them to appreciate it much more. But just, "Thanks!" That's it.

I hate trading. Seriously.
I just started, wait, tried to start hoarding vixen advents.
These dogs are amazing, I adore their design and because of some great fanart they remind me of Stiles.
So traded down my WWA, got some septembers, and finally some good demand mid advents to swap for vixens. I'm trying to overpay, always adding some WL rares, writing a nice message and being polite.
And guess what? Every single trade I send is canceled. Or is left to rott. I don't know what I am doing wrong >.< I got 3 Vixens. 3. I could afford many more, but now I can't even find any.
This is making me so sad. I don't know what to do anymore.

Today I get this trade.. I was so happy to see they are offering a Vixen, but then I saw what they wanted. I was close to accepting, but there are 27 rares on my side. Every rare I have in an open group and I just couldn't trade them all away.
And the user was COPPA'd, but I looked though their pets, and they have a Sunjewel, BMD, BA, Nons and more.
They surely knew the rares list. I send the trade back as a suggestion, removing anything but the Pink Cookie and 3 rare Warrior Cats on my side and added my other mid advents. I told them nicely that I couldn't trade all these rares for the vixen, when the Cookie Dog alone wouldbe a fair swap and they could choose one of the mid advent dogs with the cats.
And they canceled. I don't know what to do with CS anymore.
