Let see here.
The first trade already has 10 '09 rares.
It's 6-7 rares for a mid[Vixen Level]
A grinner is worth two mid-advents alone, OR a high/low.
If its two Mids you want, you need 14 rares/12 rares total.
If you want low/high 7 '09 rares + 4 '09 rares for a low, not lowest.

The second is near a drink me level. It's a lot worth trading for them rares.

Very unfair to you. The owl would be enough for the dragon by rarity standards. However, because of the demand of the dragons, if I were you I would keep the uncommon rat and the items on your side as well.
