I'm going by the values on http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=559754,
so if anyone wants to chime in and correct anything I've said please do so- I'm not too experienced with item trades. ^ ^

I'll try to break it down.

Shamrock Leaf: '10 Common
St Pat's Hat: Mid '10 Uncommon
'09 CS 1st Birthday Cake Slice: Mid '09 Uncommon
Pilgrim Hat: Unsure. The whole set is suppose to be worth a late '09 rare
Christmas Holly PJ Set: Mid '09 Uncommon
Santa hat: Mid '10 Uncommon
Native American Costume: Mid '10 Uncommon

Base on just the item worth, I'd say it's unfair to the side with the pets. c:
However I could have calculated the total worth of the pet's side incorrectly.. so anyone want to correct me, please do. > w <

Also get more opinions just to be sure. ^ ^
I'm not too experienced yet and I check back on the guides often. ^ ^

Yeah, I knew what years they were from but unsure of the rarities...
It is hard to find '09 uncommons on my wishlist.... most are rare

I'd say that actually looks alright especially considering the PPS tends to go for a bit more than its date implies. :)
