Bids on my Hollyfox cat :3 Are they fair, and why? (no one likes my poor white Santa cat ;3; )

The first one is overpaying, the Pink Balloon Bun is 2 tiers above the Hollyfox cat, plus the additional rares and items add a good kick to it.
The second one is also overpaying, but the Green Android is only 1 tier above the Hollyfox and the rares are recent.
Long story short, the first offer is better.

I'd say a bit unfair to you, since they also added an uncommon and a common to the trade.
But if they'd offer one 2011 uncommon for a 2013 rare, I think it'd be fair.

I'm not quite sure, but I think it's fair.
If I'm wrong, it would be a little underpay for you, but like I said, I'm not that sure ^^;
