What Should The Next Summer Event Be? *Un-official*

Since we had an Egyptian Mythology event, I’d love Greek Mythology! We could have pegasi, phoenixes, minotaurs, and maybe pets inspired by some of the Greek Gods (like how we had Anubis and Khonsu for Egypt).

Or Norse mythology, that would be neat too! They could use the snake model for Jormungandr :0

You’ve read my mind, both of those concepts are awesome and what I’ve wanted for a good while, they open up so many possibilities for cool designs! We need more mythology themed events haha

Adopt virtual pets at Chicken Smoothie! from the norse mytholgy. Im not sure if we had other pets based on the norse mytholige.

I'd love to see, in no particular order:

- A Freshwater fish/aquatic (whenever anything is aquatic it's 95% saltwater - or it's the cruel misconception that goldfish can live in bowls);
- Butterfly fairies vs dragonfly fairies (could be combined with the freshwater theme above) with 'minor' groups such as bee fairies, etc. Maybe they're arguing about whose flowers are prettiest, or which way is the best to raise them, or whatever but get it to be a moral story about divided opinions and how we can work together even if we disagree with each other?
- Steampunk with Victoriana, especially clockwork critters!
- Welsh Celtic mythology & tradition combined with the stories from the Mabinogion...We have dragons, castles, hounds of hell, beautiful flowers and intricate patterns in both bodypaint and woolen blankets! Seriously, we rule

The last year I got for what I hoped for many years. Prehistoric event which i loved so much!
For this year i would love to see the safari event with a zebras (I know we have a real zebras, but other pets with zebra design could be cool), Elephants, natural lion designs, giraffes, antelopes, cheetahs and more.
Or animals typical of the forests of Eastern Europe like Golden Eagle, Bears, wolves, European Bison, Lynx, Deers and more

I’d love to see either:
Camping - pets can be based off; real world animals, themed after camping activities ( Eg wood carving, bracelet charms, smores, ect.) ooo and we can have campfire pets based on stories you usually tell around it (ghosts, cryptids, ect.). Items: I would really love a Polaroid background along with other picture themed items, plus usual stuff like tents, ect.

Video game world! - honestly feel like I don’t even need to explain because the possibilities are endless with this theme. What I’d love to see most are pets made to look pixelated and pets based off generic rpg players/monsters/items (eg. Knight, thief, goblins, potions, chests, ect). (I’d especially love potion hamsters.) ooo and we could even see pets grow from eggs that normally don’t (eg think the old handheld pets like tamagotchi, digivices, ect.)

Filming set or theatre - like game world I feel like the possibilities are endless. Honestly I just want more background items and I feel like either of these themes would do for that lol. XD

I'm hoping most for a Victorian themed event though. With some steampunk, fancy aristocrats. Pets/ items themed on Victorian architecture. We get to attend a masquerade ball or something fancy. Maybe we're playing as detectives trying to track down a strange shadowy mischief maker in the Victorian city.

The amount of items that would be made available for a Victorian event, would become a huge event itself! Endless amounts of cogs and wheels going for token or free pets. Phew! I am into that.

The Savannah event I could see a poacher situation happening, if something bad has to go wrong. If the story line is meant to be more positive, then maybe a protected species park where we learn and help care for the animals. Token trade-ins become proper nutrition, making shelters from pieces of foliage, or discovering how the leopard got his spots.

The video game event actually feels a little bit like it fits better with summer. Going to the arcade in the summer with your quarters and playing games until you run out. I would love to see, (like others have said) 8-bit or pixelated animals to adopt and trade in. Maybe a super rare outcome could be an arcade machine pet!
