Auction Rant Thread [v2] New Rule!

✮ Seeing people auction pets I'm dying to get my hands on, but can't place a bid as the pets I have are either major overpay or underpay. This is really unfair. ;; Why can't you guys bid in my auction. I can see you have enough. Ugh. I just want a red Malk Dragon. ; - ;


edit; Why doesn't anyone want to offer on my auction? My boosters are reasonable, so I don't understand. ;;

I just love it when I bid in an auction where the seller only says they don't want one type of pet. Then my bid gets a lousy rating cause they're not interested in one of the pets I offered.

About ready to give up on Auctions, cause this keeps happening to me.

Maybe I will just stop trading and entering Auctions.
I saw a July Lioness auction and they had the audacity to state that you can't bid if you don't offer at least 1 list pet.
I know auctions are to get a little extra for your ept, but that's more than 3 times it's value!

So, I bid in an auction for a Shima Longtail that was actually pretty reasonable. The leading bid had 1 2009 rare and 50 C$ as the bulk of it.
I sent my bid, asking them to send it back with what they thought of it, and it was canceled with "Sorry, the last bid was bigger"

✮ How hard is it to follow rules?

Yes, my auction has one day left, but I am so close to just ending it right on the spot now as I am very annoyed.

Woke up to yet another bid that offered something I do not want. I clearly stated WL Rats, Ponies and Horses only. I don't even like any of those species to begin with, but I was nice enough to add them in because I know it could be harder for people to bid without them. Yet you still add non WL rats in. What the hell people?

This now makes the 5th bid in a row to break a rule.

Just. Stop.

Also someone offered a spider and I said not to I hate spiders, they creep me out, and more so because there's been so many of those creepy things in my house lately.

I wish it was required that auctioneers show n ounce of respect for those who bid.
Seriously! You know what I do when my auction is drawing close to the end? I send my bids back as suggestions, explaining when the auction will end and who's leading and why.
I was tied for first in this auction and all of a sudden my trade is auto canceled with no warning. They didn't list an end date, didn't PM us, nothing. Just all of a sudden I've lost.
Well, thank you! Not like I wanted that minor dreamy or anything! No- of course I didn't mention it's a pet I'd really, really love to have. I don't want you leaning in favor of me for that.
But a little warning would have been nice.

uhg so i make my auction and i find that most of the people who are in the who is online users browsing this forum don't even have it on their wl i know that is a bad rant but it makes me fed up like if you don't want it why are you on it?
