Unfair rarity wise, and I would say unfair to you demand wise since even though the rat is on the main list, it has extremely low demand, but if you want to get on the main list, it would be a good option (though it will be very hard to trade off)

Rarity-wise and overall, the trade is very unfair to them.
The Purple Batdog is only on the September List, while the rat is a few lines above it onto the Main List. :3

I would say about fair, it usually is 3-4 mid '09 rares to get to the first tier (depends on which creature).

Demand wise, the Purple Bat Dog is alright, and the jump from the September List to the Main List so quickly is a pretty good trade up, even though it's the Speckled Rat. It will be a bit tough to trade it off, but I'm sure with a little persistence you'll be able to get a decent trade out of it ^^

I can't tell you what should be added, but yours is pretty unfair compared to the other bid.
