No, very unfair to the Dragon. It is on the Main Rares List, second tier from the bottom.

It is very, very, very unfair to the PPS dragon - it is on the second tier of the mainlist.
So there is needed a Dark Shima Bwolf to make a fair trade for the PPS.

To make it fair, you should add at least two '09 Rares and a 10' Uncommon
