I would love to know where everyone is getting the idea that the recent months' pets are more valuable than they actually are. Since when is asking for two August commons and offering an uncommon Christmas 2Gen unfair???

Someone asked for my '08 VR and asked for nothing. I canceled, of course. Then they sent the trade again, and asked for the same pet. I canceled, but then the next minute I got a trade saying they accepted. I asked for the pet back, and said what kind of person would 'accept' (I'm not sure how they did) even though you said no. They gave it back, and then said 'Next time, it's mine'

Am I the only one a little disturbed by the last part? Hacker much...?

Perhaps they meant, if you made the same mistake they weren't going to send it back again?

That happened to me WAY to much. People would ask for a Very Rare Bunny which I got from my in-life friend for Christmas, even though I said not to ask for it in my rules. So I had to put my favorites into a group which is disabled for trading. Amazing how people evolve, isn't it?

On top of that, I took a couple of pets out which I didn't really like much any more, including a PPS 09 Advent. And, of course, the second I did that, some person who wanted that pet after I had gotten it offered to trade instantly. C'mon. Seriously? Apparently everybody wants my pets at the same time.

*sigh* I officially assume that if they don't read trade rules.... especially if I've made them SO LARGE that you can't miss them, then they just can't read...

Quill - I'm wondering the same thing. I had 5 '09 uncommons taken from a locked group in a trade that I canceled. How did they add them in the first place? And how did it automatically accept? I asked for them back, but they foed me now that they got their pets somehow. It irritates me so much.

I offer then an uncommon butterfly wolf on their wishlist.
I put their codeword and a message saying the usual: "Hi ^_^ Please edit if you want to. Thank! 8D"
They cancel with "I have tons of these!"
...
Why is it on your wishlist then?
And, to me, it sounded rude. >_>

And then I hate it when people have a pet in their trading group and they say it's not for trade.

And then I hate it when people have those groups labeled "For WL pets only!"
I'll offer wishlists pets and their like "THIS IS FOR A BLUE SORBET/NON TAG/UNICORN MCDAZZLE PANTS/HYPERGLOCEEEMAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I personally hate when someone has a "rare trade" group, and they have uncommons from the previous month...

Also, when people have pets in their trade group, but a select few are not for trade...? Why would you put it in a TRADE group, if you werent willing to part with it? That irks me. I also hate when people lock their trade group, and in their message they say: Stop sending me trades for pets from my trade group! -.- well what would you like me to do, then?? Offer on your "OMGDONTEVENLOOKITSMYDREAMPETSYOURNOTWORTHY!!!!!!!"?? Jeez.

I had this one person a couple days ago keep sending back a trade for the pink maus dog. Ok, heres what happened:
I sent them a trade for the pink maus in exchange for two 09' uncommons. They send it back as an edited trade, but they didnt do a damn thing to it! They said "No, anything else your willing to trade?" I edited the trade for them, and put in the christmas zebra and some 09' dog. They sent it back, again not touching the trade. Their message? "Anything else?" I added some items and two other dogs from 09' along with the previous trade. My message? "Your going to need to add the pets you want for this. i cant read your mind, ya know. " They didnt reply, and the trade got auto-cancelled. >.>
