I had someone offer me a Blue Rose and a gearback(two of my dreamies) in suggestions, "Would you like this for free?", I replyed, "Wow, sure. Your so nice! thank you, i will sooo pay you back some time" and sent back accepting. They canceled saying this : HAHAHAhahahaHAHAHAA, You must be retarded if you think im giving these pets for free. Your insane."

Its like they threw them in my face just to say i could not have them.

Yeah, report them. Even though there's no specific rule against it, it's common sense not to taunt people.
