They are. I also just got a coppa'd user send a ready to accept trade, asking for 20 C$ (which I don't have) with nothing on their side.

Btw, nothing against COPPA users, they are AWESOME

That moment when you realize you're trading your pets for other people's hoard pets just because you know that THEY have what you want and will overpay for their hoard pets.

It's a horrible guilty feeling.

First, I had one heck of a time finding people to trade their C$ for my rares. Then, I had bunnches and bunches of people disregarding my rules and offering C& for my list pets. And NOW I can't find anyone that will take 50 C$ for that darn Buckskin PPS. :c What is up with this?
