Rarity wise yes

Date wise? Well that dog on there side is 2009 but its a rerelease so I say yes over all yes but unfair I assume demand wise

Unfair to the Non dog side.
The UR Lion is equal to a nonjewel.
A Noncoon/Nontag/Nonswirl plus about a red rose [5 mid advents] is fair to a nonjewel/UR Lion.
two non dogs are between the nonjewel and the coontail. [there isn't an exact definition though for where that is]

Unfortunately I don't know about the demand for the UR Lion at the moment.
I'm assuming demand wise It'd still be unfair just because of how much overpay it is already on the non dog side.
The Rares list already in corporates demand so I'd say it's unfair to the Non dog side both in rarity and demand.
[Although no one remembers demand is factored into the rares list]

Get a second opinion for demand at least since I can't work with demand as well as rarity ^^" <3

There is a two year difference but it is Uncommon versus Rare Halloween pet.

Anyone can answer. It doesn't have to be agent Washington. It should an easy one to answer, as it's not old pets or list pets or anything like that.
