Well I'm not quite sure what I have to do now...
I recieved this suggestion from a COPPA'd user.
As my rules say this user named the (non-WL...) dog in the trade:

2008- plz consider im overpaying

My problem now is that the dog actually is from Easter 2010 and not a 2008.
I'm not sure if this user tries to scam me or really think the dog is from 2008

Give them a link to where this pet is on the Archives and politely explain to them it's from 2010, they might not of known if their really new

I sent a trade that I had high hopes on, but they cancelled. Now I am not ranting that they cancelled, it was their decision, but know I feel so disappointed. I haven't had a real trade in awhile... ;~;

When no one answers you on the FTT and it is really important. Then the person who sent the trade cancels and you get told that they offered you complete overpay and you should have accepted

It's not ok to rant about other threads here. This is a trade rant, not a place to whine about a thread you don't like. Its not a threads fault if you have different beliefs about it or if you feel that you got bad trades from it.

Give them a link to where this pet is on the Archives and politely explain to them it's from 2010, they might not of known if their really new

Actually they joined in August '12 and already know about the list (He/she has a UR Cucumber in a as list pets labeled group)
Well I think I will simply cancel with an advice to the archive.
