Although that was overpay, I wouldn't have accepted either. Rats are so hard to trade down, nevermind up! However, the message was completely uncalled for. Obviously, it was rude and it's unnecessary to say that your rat was ugly They could've taken away everything except, "Sorry but no" and been completely fine.
