why do SO MANY PEOPLE think rarity math is fair? -_-

Rarity math works in some cases, but with higher list pets, it doesn't. Like for the OMGSR Lion in the other trade; that was way unfair. But an offer of two '11 uncommons for a '12 rare could work. It also depends on the player, some use it, some don't. I always make sure to ask the person in a message if they trade using rarity math.

OT: Demand...I have an 08 VR Advent, a tier or two above the Raven, but its demand is so inflated I'm scared to offer. I mean its an 08 first of all, while the Raven is a '10 plus its higher on the list. Should I bother offering or wait for the demand to die down a bit?(if it ever will...-.-)

The demand probably won't die down. I traded a mid-September and an advent a tier above the Raven for mine, and I have gotten main list offers. Plus, it isn't re-released.

True..Ive heard in auctions people are getting Main lust offer? Lol, that's crazy. But if that's the case, maybe I can get the Raven and auction, and make the Joker an auto. That would fit in with the other crazy auotos! Must..not..feed..demend

I've now run into two people who have denied my trade because of "unknown rarities"
Both trades involved pets from late 2012.
The rarities were there

People offer septembers for ravens every once and then, and it's not that rare of a deal
considering there are quite a few septembers with not such a great demand or are pets
that are hard to trade off so they are willing to offer that much.
and then you get the occasional person wanting to beat the offers sometimes so they
offer better in demand septs for the ravens.

Then you have the people who are desperate and have pets to spare to offer a main list for a raven..
but I will say that it is very rare people will pay that much considering they could
get a few ravens for just that main list alone if they traded down a few.

I know someone who was offering a main list for it recently and that was probably the same
person going around offering others raven owners a main list as well.

and when you say a joker is a crazy auto-- you are right, no one would ever trade a joker or anything
that high for a raven alone unless they don't know their rarities well, or under special circumstances:P

Actually the joker's demand has gone down quite a few, I've seen more then a fair share amount of
decent trades going for much less then nons, even underpay for the joker in a few
cases and I haven't seen any trades where people pay nons for a joker lately
