Second one, I'm unsure but I think unfair to them.

Rarity-wise thats overpay, demand-wise I don't know exactly what its going for though.



UR Purple Tess horse, those pets wouldn't be enough to cover even one gap.



Unfair to you. The items make it overpay.



Demand-wise unfair to them.
