Rejected because I did not read the rules and add the right code, Wanna know why?

Okay so someone sent me a suggestion asking what i wanted from them for this dog. I returned the suggestion telling them a wishlist pet. They cancelled saying sorry then. My rules clearly state I only want wishlist, why did you send me a suggestion if you dont have a wishlist pet you're willing to trade? =.=
