I feel terrible now, I try my best to read people's trading rules {despite most people's rules being really complicated} and I thought I followed them. I feel as if they took my trade offer as rude or something, but I shouldn't take this to heart too much. Now I remember why I never send trade offers.

Yes. There was not a single "Thank" or "you in their message. I Pm'd them asking why. (I was not rude though)

I hate getting a trade that is perfectly fair, but then my brain jumps in and tells me it's not.

It's like, brain, shut up and let me do this.

This only happens to me with items trades and older pet trades.

I just got this. Same month, same rarity, pretty much same demand.

But my brain's like: "Which one will go rare first?!"

It whispers those words in my ear, gentle and intimate, causing chaos and upsetting my easygoing trading ways before I even know it.

Sure, neither of those pets is likely to go rare for at least a coupla years, but my brain..... it whispers to me......

lol! I know what you mean. And just for the record, my money's on the Malk Wolf. That Dragon was so ridiculously common.
Anyway, yeah, there is something to your worries here. Some pets of the same rarity are on opposite ends of that rarity if you know what I mean. Like some are juuuuuust Uncommon by a hair. And some are on the verge of going over to the Rare side. It's a valid concern. I do it myself quite often. Then I'll have to sit here and try to remember back to which ones turned rarities first and which were the most common/rare of their litters and try to work it all out.

Pet values are sooooo much more complicated than that simple little tag. Though it's a good place to start, it's not all there is to it by any means. D:
