I don't believe they meant that as an insult at all.
Here's what your unicorn's description was in the contest.
"Who ever said unicorns had to be fancy was simply mistaken. Just look at me,I'm fabulous!"
It seems like they only said ugly to point out that it's not fancy, just like you said.
I think it's a cute name actually.

we were meant to write a little saying for the pets we entered,because my horse had the rainbow unicorn dress up on,i thought that it saying 'fabulous' would suit it.
And the first part was meant to mean that not all unicorns had to be white with shiny manes and diamonds on it. I didnt want them to think my pet was ugly or i wouldn't of entered it
and whats a cute name?

@Gigglebug- I don't think it's really worth reporting. Rude,yeah but i don't think i can report someone for not liking my pet

I'm not really upset but I am a little confused. You sent the suggestion asking me to make it fair so I edit back as a suggestion (I wasn't sure I remembered right) and... now you want overpay? Or don't you? I'm so confused. :(

When someone cancels an overpay trade because "Dogs are worth most." Jerk, I offered a retired lineart a month before yours AND a 2011 common. I know you're new and all, but dogs aren't everything kiddo, there's more to this site than that. Have fun getting no trades though.

What was the trade?

This. I get that not everyone likes Drafts and such, but they canceled so rudely and in such a know-it-all way, (When they haven't even been a member for 3 months.) when I sent a kind, harmless "Hi there c: Would you like to trade? ^^" message that annoyed me. I'd rather not get a message at all, or at least a "No thanks" or "Not interested, sorry."

I wouldn't judge them by their age. A lot of my friends play for less long time than I do and they have a lot more good pets and list stuff.

Was it on their WL?

If not they might have only put this into their trade section and to be honest those draft horses are really hard to trade off again. If pets go to my trade section I normally would edit to a dog as well or a cat (if they want dogs or cats from me that is, if not I don't mind), simply because the other species are harder to trade off

Someone once offering me a 2011 Pony for a mid 2012 Dog I told them they don't need to overpay that much just add same species within roughly 3 months. They offered so much older because they didn't have WL of mine I think.

I mean the problem is: what use is overpay for the sake of overpay if the pet you get you can hardly trade off again.

However I agree with you there is no need to be rude about it!

Rant: Why must you send the same trade over and over? I already cancelled it saying it was immensly unfair, and I explained that my Cookie Advent was on the Advent List. I even explained how Rare's List pets are worth multipe rares and very rares, possibly even multiple list pets, despite their rarity tag only saying Very Rare.
And still you offer Valentine's Day pets >.<

it was insulting yeah but i wont report them,unless they do it again,which i'll avoid by not entering any more contests of theirs. Shame cause i love dress up comps ^^
