They're cat colours. It's a silver tabby. I think this variation is the spotted tabby.

That's what they look like to me.
The ungrown pup looks like a Torbie and white (torbie=tortie-tabby)

I don't think coding does growths. I thought Tess puts the number of days for that outcome to grow up at.

Yeah, I think the coding is not fixed or pets would always grow on the same days, there must be variations. Maybe both will grow tomorrow! One today and one tomorrow would have been nice.

The ages are decided by staff manually, but we usually set up these litters a couple of months before they get released so the ages we choose aren't necessarily designed to match the length of the month that they go out on. So Zenny is kind of right about the ages not taking into account short months
