yes, this happens to me a lot! Sometimes I really just don't want the pet.

Rant:
I am begginning to not like the re-realease event. I mean, how can the pet still be worth what it was in 08 or 09? It doesn't make any sence. And another thing is half the pets that get released, their rarity gets changed. really though, how can a pet in 2012 be worth as much as the pet in 08? it wouldn't be. And besides that with more people getting them their worth will go down. Like the brown white scarf dog....it is a rare and it is a low Advent pet, I could imagine that it is going to be off by next year...

Well, my trading morning started 'great'.

First, I got this lovely little trade. I'm assuming they just don't know their values well, as the only list pet they have if a Santa rat.
Blow it off, no big deal really.


But then... I get this.

Do they think I'm dumb..? The fish isn't even WL, which in my rules it states very clearly, I want WL only for my items.
Maybe they don't know their values, I assume?
Nope, that's not it.
They have a few list pets, including a sun jewel. (Which was a rerelease they traded for, but obviously not a ninja trade), they give out advice on trades, AND they have many, many older items they've had to have traded for because they were released way before they joined.

If it were someone that didn't know what they were doing, fine. The fact that they're /knowingly/ trying to rip me off? Oh, I'm furious. I just.. want to edit in their sun jewel and send it back, see what they say about that.

But I don't want to be mean about it, because that's not the right way to go. ;-;

The re-release event is in place to make sure the list pets pretty much stay where they are. They take into account how many people are on CS and try to add an influx of Rare/VR/List pets to make up for all the new players. CS wants everyone to have a chance in getting all of the pets wanted and if things AREN'T re-released there would be a halt in trading of said pets.
Hoping that made sense. ^^;
