i think it's rarity, demand, and date
but they could cancel if they wanted

Horses with this lineart have very little demand, as many people don't like them very much, maybe that is why they cancelled. Also I think it's worth more an early 2009 rare, at least that's what I was told when i tried to trade one of the same litter ^^
