It is probably so high because its just really rare.

bro. when people say that they mean nobody wants it. when was the last time someone was actively seeking for an UR banana? yeh. list considers demand and rarity but it doesn't mean they want the darn thing. UR Cucumber, banana, apple, and a few others never have demand.
edit; oh and zebras. they're worth more than an UR Tiger in rarity yet they're placed so low. rarity keeps them there. not demand.
