Yeah it's a bit unfair to you. :) They could add another early/mid 10 to their side if not a late 09. Since the 08 2nd gens were available for so long they're not worth quite as much as a normal 08 common rare so I'd consider it an early 09. The boar GUPPS is worth around another early 09 rare and then the BW is from 10 so they need to add a bit more before it would be fair for the firework PPS since that one is worth 3-4 early 09 rares. :)

200 is enough for a September List pet.

But that's 14 09 rares which is also worth around a low september. I'd say it's about fair. :)
