I know the grinner and light leopard are closer to the pink patchy, they are mostly looking for the TWA though and I just want to trade up without losing too many rares in the process. Is this fair or unfair and to whom?

First is definitely better, but neither is fair to you. I don't know what could be added though.

I was hoping someone could tell me if this is a fair trade? I did not see their pet on any of the rares lists but their pet is an '08 rerelease. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Very unfair to you; the store pets on your side add up 170 C$, which is far more than what their dog is worth.

demand wise it's not necessarily unfair to the grinners but they are on the september list which is way higher than any of those advent pets. I would probably say still unfair to you.
