I'm not the best with items and most of the stuff on the item guide is valued at the whole set rather than individual items

The items they are offering are worth quite a bit more than that. The guinea pig is a 2010 Valentine's rare IIRC.
09 uncommon: hat
10 uncommon: scarf, drinks (each), chocolates
And the other things are part of broken sets (that full snowman set is worth an 09 rare, but they only have ~25% of it) or not on the list. But yeah, they're overpaying.
