Not really sure if I should answer on my own trade but a low+high advent is not worth as much as a patchy September. Patchy September is worth around 4 mid advents.

The first one seems like a better offer - The Non Jewel dog ranks higher than the Non Swirl of the second offer, and the Spotted Tribal is a lot higher on the rares list than the Non Balloon; in my opinion the orange Cerberus doesn't exactly erase the difference between the Balloon and the Tribal dog either, so the pets of the first offer seem to be more valuable. I can't exactly judge whether the offer is fair demand-wise or not, though. /long answer

I'd say that this trade and the very first one are almost equal; while the toxic and the gearback tribal are, in my opinion, worth a little more than the spotted tribal if you take them together, the growing white july is worth less than the non jewel dog. I think the rarity differences would even themselves out - I'd suggest getting a second opinion, though. c:
