Seems like a slight overpay on their side. I'd say swap out the roadkill PPS for the Malk PPS pup

Yes, an '09 UR Dog would be much too high. Autos are usually about three lines on the Rares List above the pet. I'd say a UR Purple Horse would be a good auto (though you can always say: "and pets worth more than said auto" in order to make sure that if you do get offered an '09 UR Dog you can auto it)
