I think that's actually unfair to you, as the bat is a common rare and is worth around 2-3 '12 uncommons at most.

the tree i think is gonna be an OMG so rare or somin, but i'll say its unfair tyo you x

With those items, it might be slightly unfair to the top. I'm not good with items, though. The Store Pet is worth a late '09 Rare, by the way.

The tree will probably at most me actually common, since everyone has one, but there is no way it will be OMGSR. With those items it is very unfair to the top.

That is definitely unfair to you. The lion is on the fourth tier of the advent list, and is worth more than that. If I were you, I'd try and trade the lion up the list, since advent list lions do have some demand, and cancel this trade.

I would agree with you if we were talking rarity, but demand wise the malk dragon has quite a lot of demand. I traded mine for a shima longtail, which I then traded for a pet on the lists, if that's any indication. I've also seen them go for list pets to the right person. I'd say that although both trades are technically fair to you, I wouldn't take either of them because I think you could get more.

All I know is that the demand for that horse is zero. My sister can't even gift it to somebody.

It seems a little fair in rarity, perhaps unfair to the bottom.
