Unfair to nonballoon, I have been told that speckled rats are worth around Skeleton PPS due to demand

I think it is unfair to them, the tree will come out as a rare so a uncommon ten for a uncommon ten, if you don't have a uncommon ten then just offer 11's or 12's!

But the thing is it is very common and easy to find.
