About fair rarity-wise, but demand-wise unfair to the bottom. Grinners have no demand.

I don't know what that butterwolf is, but from what I can see it's unfair to angel advent... the butterwolf might change that, though

What is the difference between each tier on the main rares list?

That varies a lot.
The big gap is... big. Nons go for 3x sorbets. On the other hand, the gap between the Zebras is a mid-Sept list pet. A mid-Sept list pet gap is a pretty good rule of thumb, but there are some exceptions due to demand. For instance, a dogtag will never be underpay for a Plains zebra due to the dogtag's much higher demand.
