I just got a trade. Unfair to them, big overpay on their side. But what really ticked me off was the message.



Would you be willing to trade?

I have read your rules, I dont use code-words.



Alright, this is contradictory:

you said you had read my rules, but in my rules i state i don't have a codeword. on the last one. the "false codeword" [later i state it's a joke] is on the first line, bolded.

it makes me think you didn't read through them all, because if you read 7 more one-sentence rules, you see there's no codeword. then why you say you don't do them? if you have really read my rules, you know there is no flipping codeword.

your rules are contradictory and most users have no idea if the codeword is a joke or not because it's put so many times:

1). THE CODWROD IS 'BUBBLES'
2), jk, don't put it in.
3). IF YOU READ THIS, IT'S REALLY PINEAPPLES.
4).NO. I DON'T HAVE A CODEWORD.
5). jk, I do, it's cutie.

so on and so forth.
[not aimed directly at you, but it confuses a lot of would-be traders].

Code words are good in some cases. People just want to protect themselves from getting bad trades, but more than 1. Nope.

I don't see the point in code words. Just because someone reads your rules doesn't mean they'll follow them. Having a codeword won't stop people from sending you bad trades ^^

alright, maybe, because you use the pronoun "you", which is used to refer to the other part of a conversation, it's pointed at me. i don't have 5 codewords. in fact, i hate codewords, that's why, in the end, i have none.

first one, is the codeword
last one, tells two times there's no codeword: there's no codeword, it's a joke.
after that, i state they can send the trade
just two changes. is it that difficult to read over 7 rules? i bet it is.

i can't force you to scroll down, but this makes me really easy to know who reads my rules

Did they think I would forget the other times.
Or did they actually forget they had asked me multiple times before.

Sometimes people miss part in peoples rules; I know I have several times over. Plus, it is in a rather small font size, witch does not help.

You forgot to read the very last sentence of my post. It helps to read the whole thing instead of segements -- you want me to follow you rules, you should read the posts that are in regard to them. :3

it tells me it's size 75, but it shows as size 85 o.o i'd really like to know what my rules really look like

anyways, there's a link to the thread with my rules in a real size 85.
