Anyone else notice that when you watch a pup grow up, you're more likely to become attached?

Like Walter here,

I just. I just. I would never become attached to such valuable fodder, but seeing him grow up, I can't let him go.

Same for my '09 UR dog. When I got it my first reaction was:
sweet, fodder. One day later: he's kinda cute you know. 2 days:
b-but ... look at him! 3 days: But I really want to use him towards
getting a Green Sorbet ... 10 days: yay, I traded for a Green Sorbet, now
I can trade down the UR dog to get a Red Rose and some Advents for my hoard ...
but ... but ... he's so cute ... T.T
Guess who I'll be keeping?

I told myself, if this pup is not a Joker, its gonna be traded. But then...I saw its fluffeh-ness....and I died. So now I won't be trading this little cutie xD

lol, don't feel bad- mine became one of those too, but I traded it for some list pets as a baby :3

Cool, Congrats! I tend to get attached a tad bit too easily. So now I have dressed her up, so I guess she's staying xD I don't know what it is about seeing these pets as babies. It makes me melt inside :3
