I would say its fair, because your dog is in lower demand then theirs so it closes the 4 month gap.

I belive it would be unfair to the top, due to the fact the blue toxic is four teirs under the big gap in the main rares list while the gearback tribal and pink baloon are lower, but please get another person's oppinion.

Yes it looks pretty fair to me, the UR bunny is only 1 tier below the pink sorbet; so the other pets fills in the gap between it. :3
