I think there will be no re-release on 24th, because last year there were to less adoptions of "good pets" on 18th and as admins turned down a chance to get 08 very rare. So they did another day with re-release to balance it :)

Actually the 18th is one of the biggest days for the site because of the re-release, and almost any user who has been on here for more than a year (or at least joined around the Holidays) knows by now that it's a tradition for the site, so it's notably a very busy day for the site. On top of that, it's the day where new accounts flourish in massive numbers, the majority of those accounts being those of people who are trying to cheat their way around the adoption limit to get more re-releases.

Which leads me to this small little rant c:

I wish some people on this site wouldn't see the 18th as a day to get some free fodder and make Tess and Nick work all day on this site to prevent "cheaters" from going over the adoption limit.

The 18th and the 24th is not about getting retired pets that are so dearly cherished by the community due to their rarity tag to add to your trading fodder. It could help you get your "dream pet", it could be your dream pet, it could be some pets you thought you'd never get, or something more, but not to boost your fodder so you can get the pets you want whenever you want them.

So the moral of this rant is really:

Don't take advantage over an opportunity Tess could opt out of giving any of us.

The reason of another rerelease was in fact that there weren't enough people online. The ratio of very rares/others was off and that's why most of the people who were online didn't get many good pets. Out of my whole friend group (10+ people) only 2 got a rareslist pet ;p The 24th was added with the same messed up ratio so that there would still be enough very rares/rares into the game, to supply us with enough pets for the year.

I doubt it will happen this year, I'm sure nick can anticipate the number better. Learn through doing C:

Relax, guys - the cheshire-store-pets are only in high demand because they are new, it will settle soon

No I don't get two chesire cats (actually nobody want to trade them to me) I got two non chesire cat (didn't say that all `non-chesire-cat) store pets and it seems like nobody want them at the moment. (Just means 2 days ago xD)

You'll get offers for them; just be patient. It only took me a day or two to trade off both sets of my non-Cheshire pets. One of them was an offer which was triple overpay on two of them, and it came out of the blue o.o so yeah, be patient. And be wary of the bad offers you'll get too ><

I got the whole set for pretty cheap. i guess i got lucky. i didnt find them either. they came to me asking xD.
I'm actually surprised ive only gotten two horrible trades asking for my cheshire. maybe *gasp* could it be? are people actualy starting to read my rules?? oh lord i hope so e-e.
