This is going to be the stupidest question asked a million times and I'm extremely sorry, but is there any correlation between rarity and the time taken to change from newborn? Or is it whatever the artist/admins decide? (Is getting hopes up).

All the designs are gorgeous, by the way. I really would like that juicy blanket for myself! =)

I don't think so. The Dogtag was the first to grow from it's litter and the second to adulthood.

I think its just up to the staff. They can set the rarity but even they don't know how popular a pet is going to be. Look at the sunback! It seems to be the most popular at the moment and is the most common from that litter.
