This has probably been asked here before, but does anyone know anything about whether there will just be one outcome from the lion or if there's going to be a lion and a lioness?

No, as far as I know all the cubs grew at Day 11 into the lioness. If it has variations after that, we'll have to wait and see. Though it would be a little weird if a female lion grew into a male. XD

Clownfish, for one. Oysters do too. But every lion is born without a mane. And not all males have them. So it may well be a male and not a female. We'll see...

The females have their own lineart. A male wouldn't come out of the female lineart.

It better stay female XD I need more lionesses to pair up with lions. I can't choose random gender based on looks for these. :<

Off topic: I made a male lion (It had a mane) at Build A' Bear once. It had a mane but the woman came up to me asking if I needed help picking out girl clothes for my lion and pointed out a pink shirt for it. XD I just stated that my lion was a boy. It wasn't till later in the car I remembered it had a mane and females have no mane.
