oh lawd. um. well the spotted tribal is like two tiers above the blue toxic. but the BA is a long way above the heart PPS. so i think that makes up for it. But i have no clue what the demand for blue toxics is ;~; i know the demand for the BA has always been nuts.

Rarity wise, it's around fair, but demand wise, very unfair to them. BAs can go for around sorbets/toxics these days with their crazy demand. The blue toxics do have pretty bad demand from what I've heard though.
