They cancelled saying it was very unfair...

starts with this, saying edit if i like
i send this back, which imo is perfectly fair, i even tell them to take out the rat
again, they ask me to edit since it was a dream pet (LOCK IT OMG.)
i tell them to make a real offer and this is what they send back.
good job, you sent the original very bad offer back with a few commons added in.
i'm grumpy.

The white lolita dog is on the advent list. o.e That was extremely unfair to them.
But yes, their offer wasn't all that great.

The problem is though that when you get the C$ split up it can be tough to get the right items/pets from the store. If you had three people owe you 5 C$ you wouldn't be able to buy anything priced higher than 5 C$ even if technically you had 15 C$. I'm curious as to why C$ isn't transferable yet or if it will ever be. It just seems silly to have people owing you C$ or having to buy the items for you.

I know exactly what you mean. It really limits people as to what they can buy, having to do the math in order to get the most out of their "owed" C$. It should, indeed, be transferable. I have no idea what kind of work that would take Nick to accomplish, though, so I can't really push the issue. I don't give C$ for newborns, but I do see people take that, if not exactly all the time, then often enough. I personally think it's a waste of money, but with all the surprises and the crazy demand problems lately, I may very well be wrong.
If someone sends me their list of store stuff they want, and they have 2 C$ over they don't know what to do with, I let them pick something else out for 3 C$, just 'cause I don't want to short them.
A few times, though, people have outright EXPECTED me to go over. Without adding any pets to the deal, without even asking me if I'd be okay with it, without any sort of hesitance at all. NOT COOL, BRO.
