Trade Rant Thread [v. 17] *new rule*

User who joined today sent me this suggestion. I don't even know how they got that rabbit if they joined today, but I'm not questioning it. I want the bunny for my paperclip, if they're offering it then sure, I'll take it.
But, something weird is happening.
During the first trade, they couldn't send messages, they were COPPA'd.
But then I sent it back so they could accept it, they send it back as a suggestion with this message;

Wait is it fair??
Sorry I dont know too much about the site, I joined today and it's AWESOME

I can ask someone else if you're not sure of course

Damn.
They want me to tell them if it's fair.
So I edited it to send back to them, but then my computer messed up and I guess it clicked the send button twice or something, because it just sent back to them. So now, I'm sitting here thinking 'CRAP! If they go ask someone else if it's fair, they're going to say no, and I'm going to look like a bloody jerk because my computer messed up and sent it before I typed a message!'
But then they edit it back, as another suggestion, and say this;

I can't read your message
My friend told me about COPPA'D people that can't send messages, are you one of those?
So umm do you want me to ask about the fairness?
Thank you for your time!

Honestly? No, I don't, because it's really unfair to you but I still want the damned bunny.
Blah, screw this. Of freaking course I get a trade like this when I don't have time and should really be leaving for work, and when the only thing I have worth the rabit is such ridiculous overpay I would drop to the bottom of the advent list. Yeah no, not doing this.
So I cancelled it.

I'm still afraid they're going to ask someone about the trade, even though it's cancelled, and they're going to yell at me because I didn't tell them it was unfair to them. ;-;
I think it might also have been some kind of scam.
I still don't know how a user who joined today, with one post, got on the advent list...

First they send me a suggestion like this but with a card dog(that not on my WL and I already have on their side). They are COPPA so I checked the pet names nothing. I sent back a suggestion asking if it was a bid for my BMDs auction and if yes just to send back as a trade. They send back as a trade without the card dog. I added the bid to the auction topic with the second lowest of the ratings and then they cancel.

So, I wanted to help someone to reach their goal in CS, by trading up a santa hat advent for a blue flower dog. Obviously, I tried to make it a little bit more fair, by adding the new store bunnies and some newborns.
