They're not new, they joined a year ago and from their posting history have been active but yeah looks like they haven't managed to learn their rarities yet.

Not trying to be rude I've just gotten 20 trades asking for it with usually some message saying "Trade? :3" or "Missed outcome please trade so I don't cry!" So you can imagine I'm just annoyed by it.
