I think these are the exchange rates (correct me if I'm wrong):
-Noncoon+ mid september = nonjewel
- The difference between the CEG and blue sorb is ~ a mid september (or more) <-- not sure about this

Noncoon + CEG => Noncoon + blue sorb + mid setember => Nonjewel + Blue sorb

Adding a Dragon to the Noncoon+CEG side would make it unfair.
