Depends on the trade you sent - if it's a failtrade "NO." isn't a bad answer.
And it's not rude at all, if you don't mind the caps-lock.

I do mind caps. And they could have been nicer.

Honestly - that message is not really something to rant about. And how should they know that you do mind caps?
If you sent the trade, they don't see your rules. And (sadly) there are a lot of "younger" people who seem to think that using caps all the time is a great way to express yourself.
Well, without seeing the trade I can't say if it's a "rude" answer, but at least you got one, and I have to say again: Better a NO. then some swearing "whyyyy did you sent this trade, so unfaaair!!1111!!" messages.

Also got a suggestions. I edited. Only had 7pets on their WL so I offered the only fair one which was actually a few months older. They cancelled saying they didn't want the pet because it was "too ugly" Then why is it on your WL

Maybe it's because you don't have your trading rules right on your trading page?
Many users probably don't want to read a whole text in a forum just to get to know the rules, as it takes a lot of time and slow internetconnections maybe don't go that easily.

That's probably it. I don't really want to put them there either. I got much worse trades when I had them up there. Ever since I put them on a trade page, I got much better trades because it attracted people who were able to read my trade rules. I even bolded the important parts. They could've just read those and moved on -.-
