Its in the settings. I personally have never done it so I don't know exactly..

Go to messages > Rules, folders & settings and choose 'If Sender is foe delete message'.

Well there are alot of Giveaways that include Rares List pets.
Other than that you'll have to wait until December 18th and 24th when you can get re-releases.

Just because an user is "old", sadly doesn't mean he or she know's the rarities. Or respect them. Or won't try scamming newer users.
