First one: Unfair to the top. The warrior cat and the dog would be a fair swap, those warrior cats are not uber-popular, just the ones based off of the actual series are.
Second one: Looks fair to me.

That is incredibly unfair to the Green Sorbet.

As for the second inquiry, I'm not entirely sure, but I'd say that would be around a gearback tribal.
